Dit twee uur durende concert vond plaats in 2003 op het beroemde 'Soundstage' in het Aphittheater in Ohio voor een uitzinnig publiek. Het legendariche 'Farm Aid' benefietconcert is in 1985 door Willie Nelson, John Mellencamp en Neil Young opgericht ter ondersteuning van de Amerikaanse boeren.

Naast de bekendste sterren treden er ook diverse bands op zoals Sheryl Crow, Brooks & Dunn, Emmylou Harris, Los Lonely Boys, Hootie & the Blowfish, Billy Bob Thorton en Trick Pony.
